In the North America, 3-phase is commonly 240, 208, 380, 480 or 600V. 208 is the most common (three 120V phases.)
Most motors can be wired for either 208-240V or 380-415 three phase.
With 240V single phase in; it is easier to generate 240V 3-phase out than upping to 415V. So, with an inverter, you often jumper the motor for 240V.
You would normally get the same HP inverter as the motor. I don't see where you need 10HP.
