I have a bit over 400 x 16mm holes to drill out on 2 cold rolled galv lipped C sections.......
these are joined and can't be split apart......at least 1/2 will be done up a ladder......
so, there are 2 peices of 4mm plate back to back that need these holes, absolutely no room for a mag drill, so was thinking of getting a few Starret 16mm hole saws and cobbling up some spring arrangement to eject the enevitable sticky cut out......
yes, I'll have to push against the spring but better that than fiddling .......
and no I will not use a normal drill because of pre drilling a pilot hole and jamming of the bigger drill, just too risky up a ladder.......
all ideas welcome.......ta......
