Junction box question

I am making a tanked wet room so am shifting a wall over. I need to move the switch which means extending 5 cables. Can I whack it all in a wago box and run a T&E to the new switch position?
Or is that a bodge?

The wage boxes are maintenance free providing you put a cable tie on them I beleive so youre good to bury it in the wall. Just screw it to a stud

just use one of these https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Produc...lurl&msclkid=3f492310eca1148587374bfe6205cefc extend the cables and put the box where it can be accessible if possible if not loose it in the ceiling or stud wall if all the neutrals cant be extended seperately deffo needs to be acessible or it makes fault finding verry dificult if it ever happens

Wagos still feel a bit alien to me too, but they've got to be better than screw junction boxes

I would suggest looking at "Connexbox" as an alternative to "wagobox", if you can find them.

Connexbox used to make them and brand them for wago, and are the ones everybody thinks of when you say wagobox.
Then wago binned them off and made their own flimsy version, and I don't know anybody who likes it.

You can but I have yet to come across the use of one I consider looks neat and tidy, the cabling inside can get messy.
