I can't remember the last time I heard of wheels getting nicked off the car. Spare wheels and cats on 4x4's are still a common target though.

If they break the windows they are more likely to rob the airbag or steering wheel and pedals than the radio these days as well!

A mate reckons that wheel theft is becoming more common. for the tyre not the wheel.
