Joining ends of conduit to make rectangle

I've got a load of new 25mm galv conduit, Hilmor conduit bender and set of thread dies so would like to make some large rectangles that can have tarp or similar attached so they can be used to block out the end of my carport as & when needed - ie when wind blowing / all winter !
Is there any conduit fitting way of joining the last two ends together as I can't think of any ? I don't want to weld before anyone suggests that method

Without a lefthand die and a Left Right coupler i can't see how you are going to do it.

This may be incorrect as my head is on another planet with painkillers but can you thread each end then run a coupler on with a lock ring each end.

Need to thread one end longer so coupler (R101) goes all the way down then push them together face to face and screw coupler from one end towards the other once centralised lock with threaded rings each end (F505).

The way I would do it is with a piece of wood that's a fairly snug fit inside the pipe and the other end slightly loose, hammer the tight end into one end then pop the loose end into the other piece of pipe, when you fasten your tarp to the frame it will hold the joint together for you.

Called a running coupler, normally has one locknut on the long threaded side to run down and lock the coupler.

Wot they said. A running coupler is the standard when it comes to conduit.

Before you start get your benders and see how much it pulls when you bend the conduit. Set a mark for the back of the bend then see if it has pulled then adjust your mark to suit. Be aware of the orientation of the conduit too as if it is in the bender the other way around or the next piece it will not be the same as the last one due to the amount it has gained with the pull. I realise this may be common sense but the first time you put it together you'd be like "this isn't square"!

Just to clarify as the picture above is not too clear. Thread one end of the tube a full coupler's length plus a couple of threads space for the locknut and thread the other end half a coupler's length. Run the coupler across the join and tighten it fully on the short thread, then run the locknut down and tighten against the coupler. This will stop the joint wobbling.

Never heard it called a running thread before, always a running coupler. A bit of googling shows both terms used, wonder if it's a regional thing or where you were taught the technique?.

Where i was taught in South Wales it was always referred to as a running coupler. I used to hate having to do them.

i got all the threading and bending of conduit when I was an apprentice. a few of the guys I worked with were useless at it . I still have the hilmor bender that I used at age of 15 as it got thrown out and I got it out of skip and kept it

I call it a runner, haven't done any tube work for years now!
Last good bit of conduit I did was in a round staircase in a posh pad in Knightsbridge,
Took me a week but it looked good!

what I did was the die handles were threaded 20mm and same ass conduit so I made one double the length and replaced the original halving the leverage necessary

I have the same bender here although it is a little tired now and I have a a couple or three lengths of 20mm black mild steel and stainless here (food factory hence the stainless).
