jmr or jd2 tube bender

hi anyone got one of these tube pipe benders ?
i could do with advice on what one to buy as they seem much the same .
or would you just purchase the dies and fab the arms etc?

Personally I wouldn't buy either, ProTools Dies are by far cheaper.

I have a JD2, they are much of a muchness, they all work fine.

I think tubela sell them in the UK. Mine was used, so price isn't relevant.

There is SO much on these benders all over the net, I'd suggest a few cans of beer and an evening plugged into google will help you decide.

350 new or 2nd hand, isn't a too bad a price. I've built a bender to take Protools dies just cause they were the cheapest. A search on here will bring a few picture comments about it
