Looks like our machines are almost identical @Brad93.

I haven't got the dresser on the wheel head but I do have coolant and dust extraction.

Just got it up and running today after having it since last November. Doesn't look too bad in the hydraulic tank but it's coming out for a clean anyway

Mine is 'running' too.
It needs a bit of fine tuning, a leak sorted here and there and then me 'practising' using it.

Not been touched since I went abroad with work in March .

It is now also blocked in with a milling machine

I can guarantee if it's ever been run with coolant that there will be corrosion in the bottom of the tank where the water and oil has separated.

How do you remove the bit with all the feed controls on (the table base)? Definitely not the correct term

I had my table off, but did not go any further. I probably should to make sure all oil ways are clear.

I didn't, because that would require complete stripping of the hydraulic block, and there is nothing wrong with the hydraulics on mine.

Me and @Arclikeharrypotter undone three hoses and brass oil line, removed table, removed cross slide leadscrew/handwheel assembly, then lifted entire saddle and hydraulic block off in one go. Circa 80-100kg.

Thanks. That is all I need to do too.
Remove the cross slide leadscrew and handle assembly to lift the saddle.

I now have a nice gantry I can use to lift it off too! My local friend who were also into machines moved to NZ who usually helped with 2 man jobs. The missus are not too keen to spend time in the garage lifting heavy dirty bits of iron.

There is a little bit, nothing a buff and a lick of paint won't solve. The filter was chocked solid with gunk, only the water could pass through.

Did you ever get replacement seals for the levers?

No but to be honest they don't achieve much. Jubilee mac or andmar might have some.

Thanks for this post - helped me confirm that I don't need to remove anything else off mine to lift the saddle. Might be a stupid question but mind I asked how you got around to cleaning yours? Mine has a lot of gunk and like you I don't want to remove the hydraulic block (tbh I have never tested it but previous owner said everything was working well and I kinda trust him) but I'm worried about the gunk/solvent falling through the holes from where the oil comes out. Did you plug them up or just flush them out later? Thanks
