They already have a high court injunction here to stop them using any council land, It still makes no difference to them as they just ignore it and then they move them with 2 days.There is no way there is any evidence to support the claim that it will stop them going on to council land. What will happen is the fixed site will be like a hell hole within a short period of time plus they know that is far more likely they will be monitored if they are on a permanent site.
It should be very simple for a law to be passed that means they can evict them immediately and charge for clean ups. I'm pretty confident a massive portion of the UK population would support it.
