Is this paint ok ?

Do you reckon this emulsion paint has gone off or is it meant to be this thick ?

It's like yoghurt consistency not actually a jelly.

Appears to be a full tin so, its not that it has dried out. Stir well and it may regain a normal consistancy. Could try adding a small amount of water to thin it. Emulsion is water based anyway..

try a test patch , if it goes on evenly and dries out then crack on

be oj as long as it doesn't stink or the frost has got to it a touch of water in it if your 1st coating it and its a quality paint

Get a paint mixer, in a cordless drill, a 2.4 tig filler rod, cut to size, works a treat, (Or something similar), test on wood, concrete, whatever, then decide, when it's dried, is it good/bad.
