Is this helmet suitable for arc?

Hi guys,

I have this helmet at home here

And I wonder if it is suitable for Arc welding? I bought it for Mig Welding.

I was ready to buy another (not a autodark) helmet for the arc welding.

But I am thinking I might be able to use the same one as the Mig and Arc are working at the same Intensity (Amp wise).

What do you think?

I have the same helmet, and used it for mig and arc welding, no problems
