The new place only has a single phase meter. The other units are apparently 3 phase. Does this grey box underneath mean it has 3 phase coming in? If so I assume a simple job to connect up?

Might be it's very likely.
Power meter has to be replaced with a three phase one, but it doesn't look like it has some special electronics in it sending info to the power company as we have instead over here.

Looks like 3 ph to me Vince, but best ask National Grid (used to be WPD). Also ask them what the full mpan would be if you re-connected the 3ph, it can make a huge difference to your standing charge - our rugby club is paying £6.00 a day......
Is the new place smaller? Which means you'll be having a sale...

It's a 3ph grey box for sure, and the cable look like it's big enough to be a 5-core 25mm SWA item.
But... the tails out indicate that if it IS 3ph IN, that its not 3ph OUT.

There'll be seals on that box, so worth asking if a) 3ph is on the incomer, and b) can you have 3ph connected off it if so.

About the same size but square so a more sensible shape. Can get a lot more racking in so can tidy up a lot!

get the 3 phase in and they will make you have one or they wont fit it

since the other place leaks and floods out if its the best option for you is it worth doing it or looking for another alternative that has what you want

either way you maybe on a new style meter or you may have the old dial instead
