If 8 inch is a bit short for your mam, I am guessing that she wants to be able to safely reach the rings at the back while also using the front ones. I think the original petrol typ cig lighters were reliable, A PITA if you ran out of fuel at a crucial moment. OK if you are organised.Cigarette lighter, next question.

thats what I usesame issue here even if you buy an expensive one it dosnt last long
so its either an electronic one or go back to the flint sparker used with lighting accetelene torch
We bought similar from Lidl, sold as barbecue lighters. Been good so farI got fed up of buying those 'stick' lighters. This works every time.
