Picked up this little skillet from Tkmax for a tenner , want to use it on my stove when camping.
It hasn't got a lid so thought about making one from checkerplate and seasoning it in the oven, but am wondering about tetanus ect,any thoughts?

Well, I've seen pot lids in ali and nobody I know died - have at it, Sir. Given the temps involved I think you'd be VERY unlucky to catch anything. After, I'm pretty sure we've all drunk from fast flowing burns [streams for yoos 'darf saarf' 

Aye, the old ones are the best [there are variations of that one I won't post here]
