hi guys you have allready helped me out with a pcb repair my problem is now my wire feeds irregular i have already changed the liner put a strap on the rollers it feeds perfectly fine when not welding but soon as i start to weld its very difficult to get a constant bead going without it stuttering it sounds like the moter is stuggerling is there any think i can do its a very old sip migmate super 110 i think or should i just bit the bullet and buy a new welder

Nah, seriously, they can be a bit sensitive when setting up.
It can sometimes help to adjust the wire speed while already arcing up against a piece of scrap. If it feels a bit "stabby", the feed could be a bit high.

i agree they are touch and go try it with the torch as far from the machine as possible and in a straight line just to make sure the wire isnt catching on the liner.
also is it old wire that came with the machine if so check its not rusty at all
