Hi, I think you have the wire upside down, thought gasless was 0.6? long time since I used gasless though! what aspect are you unsure about? how much welding have you done so far and what thickness metal are you used to welding? maybe a picture of the gates and hinges would help,
No, it'll be 0.9mm Assuming the gate and hinges are quite thick, you'll need to have you power up near full.
if the gate is thick it wont do it as you need an arc welder if its the old cast iron gate dont attept to weld it if its the newer cheaper 5mm gate the 150 should be able to do it
