Schneider are good (I guess I would say that as I work for them ...),

Ive got a couple fitted, been up a good few years and no probs.

Not used the outdoor ones of theirs but I've started using their (your!?) accessories, the Lisse range in particular, as my go to standard range now unless customers want something else. Thumbs up to the designer. I used to use MK exclusively for standard stuff but not been impressed with them in recent years.

The company I work for got swallowed up by the Schneider empire a few years back - one of the good things to come of it is that we get access to the company staff discount scheme so I got all my electrical gear when we did our house extension a few years back from work at cost price.

Regardless of any sort of loyalty I do think it’s pretty good gear, as you say the lisse stuff is probably a bit more expensive than some but it’s well made and looks nice too.

I fitted quite a few Gewiss weatherproof switches at the stables, very good quality, unfortunately they were an ideal height for horses to scratch their bums on ended up making metal guards tp protect the replacements

I went to one stable and the horses were turning the light switches on and offhad to move them over as they were sticking there heads round the door
