I think that is the welding voltage as opposed to the open circuit voltage.Is that not the OCV?

sure, but people have been discussing OCV and the fact that inverters have a higher OCV (typically 80v) than AC welders (typically 45v) which makes striking an arc easier and means the inverters can run 6010 rods, so I was interested and surprised to see how low the welding voltage was compared to the OCV.Not sure what you are meaning, surely the welding voltage is as per the figures above and right where it says the current/voltage.
As has been said voltage will vary with mma anyway as it is a CC process and it will depend on arc length.
