Interpret this drawing for me please

Morning all, I have to make a mounting plate for a carburettor, I'd like to finish the manifold before the carb gets here.

All I have to go on is this drawing which isn't much help as I can't print out, and it's tricky scaling off the computer screen!

The stud holes will need to be smaller as threaded for studs.

Just need an easy way to get the overall size and all the hole centres in the right locations.

Not sure about overall size but

if you look, there’s two lines with 0 on them. One horizontal, one vertical. They’re datums I think. The figures in boxes are distances from the zeros in each direction in inches

Gritineye, you can copy and paste the image into "word" format and then print it off in hard copy - I just did it out of interest to confirm James1979 comment.
From this hard copy you can measure and scale any dimension you need, in doing this I read overall size as 3.82" x 2.55" - any help?

Being a bit number dyslectic my brain goes fuzzy when looking at things like that, the H line didn't help either !

HH is a cross section for some reference that we don’t know about.

Number dyslexia is a thing. Discalculus it’s called. I’ve a mate with it bad. Really clever bloke just can’t follow numbers

0.67(2!) and 1.22. Bottom hole is 1.00 from the centre point, radius of the flange is concentric with the two large bores.
