Thing is that most of these burners have either not been used forever or sat outside forever.
The steel brackets that hold the iron plates together have rusted and sometimes you fire them up and "ping" the side opens up.
You would really have to refurb them all.
Also the baffle in most/ many is poked,people stretching out the replacement until they bought a new burner
