yea but its difficult to get on the track and haul it off with a strap theres also cameras on the crossing. it wont take a rocket scientist to work out who knobbled it . even the old bill can work that one out

See all you need is some orange hi vis and mutter about folk no clearing up after themselves...plod wouldn't bat an eye

Plus your a spark...shouldn't be too hard to "nobble" the cameras... ;-)

well they cant see through balaclavas but u would get rather large jacksies trying to lift it
