got a bit of an issue with one of my project cars,
after i conerted it to ITB's to get the inlet length right and avod drawing overly hot air intake i've had to make some adjustments to the radiator, atm ive ended up with a metro radiator on a 190 bhp mk2 golf 16v and i'm right on the edge of it getting to hot, when working it really hard in the slower twisty stuff.
problem i'm very limuted on potential radiator hight but theres plenty of width avalible, i cant seem to find an oe radiator that'll do or any aftermarket ones but there are alloy intercoolers a plenty.
i'm thinking buy a universal alloy intercooler tinker with the tanks and possobly job done or is teher a huge differance between an intercooler and a radiator core i'm unaware of
