Thanks all for the previous advice on this thread. My consumer unit is now installed, sockets installed and my compressor fires up. Sounds like a real Beauty!

I will be having it all checked out by a pro sparky on Tuesday to be sure its all fine and dandy.

Hi can you help me wire up 220v blue industrial plug 16amp where do I but blue Brown green

If you see in the picture it just says L/+

Green/yellow in bottom middle.

Brown in L/+
blue in the other.

If it's flex I usually tin the ends with solder before putting into the terminals, you can crimp on a ferule too.
