Inspection port thread???

I have got my compressors linked by a Y connector and two whip hoses plugged into the regs on the tanks. There's a Wolf 2.5hp 50L and a powercraft (Wolf) 2.5HP 50L - one is yellow, the other is blue.

I want to link them using the inspection ports, prob with a ball valve on the end of the tank, then use my whip hoses/Y connector to connect to a better regulator.

So does anyone know what the thread on the inspection port will be??

I linked two Clarke compressors earlier this year.

If memory serves, I think these were something like 1/2 inch BSP (I used standard flexible tap connectors from Screwfix).

More than likely BSP ....probably 1/2"

As above, I put a 1/2" ball-valve into the end of my 50L tank, then put a hose on that.
