Inline LPM Ball guage or the Peashooter nozzle style one?

Im using an Oxygen regulator but it doesnt read out in LPM.

Is it a simple case of just swaping that guage for a LPM guage or do I need to go down the Ball in a tube style LPM guage route?

Or is the peashooter one even better that you stick the nozzle in and pull the trigger to see how much is flowing out?

oxy gauge normally reads in psi

you could use either of the two types as you say

Don't under any circumstances swap the gauge on the regulator, by rights you should only use regs for the gas you are using but if you must use the oxy reg just get a pea shooter type flow meter

Thanks, will go with a peashooter one. I have read up that the actual gauge's dont accuratly read out the LPM anyway and the only way for a true reading is at the torch. The Oxy Reg was a spare and works 100% fine with the BOC bottle so didnt see the point in buying a new reg considering the amount I will be using it.
