Ingersol Rand 230E

I have one of these Ingersol Rand machines, and I don't have the correct wire feed wheel for the size of wire I wish to use. My local welding supplier cannot help me, so I'd appreciate any help in pointing me in the right direction to get 0.8mm wire feed wheel.

I understand they are a rebadged Miller, but which is the equivalent model to mine in the Miller range?

Mine has a double tracked whell .6 on one side turn it round .8 on the other side. Just an alen grub screw.

Unfortunately, mine doesn't. At the moment I have it bodged so that the wire runs between the two rollers without the track - not ideal but works - but I would like the proper job

Post a pic and dimensions. Someone with a lathe can make one. I have made several for mine.

Actually, it's a 230S. I have discovered that it's the same as a Miller Compacblu welder. Found the correct feed wheel....
