Induction hob anyone?

We bought a wide Neff one a year ago after having gas forever and would never go back. Just got a reminder through the door today asking if we wanted extended warranty. Now I never take extended warranty for anything. This one is £90 for 3 years and am in two minds.

Based on the cost of spare parts alone, £90 for 3 yrs (parts & labour?) is seriously cheap.

There's also the high replacement cost of Neff appliances.

I'd rip their hand off!

Yep - my whirlpool reminder came in for the £230 induction hub - £140 for two years!

Done, that's it covered for another three years. Funny, I thought we'd had it for a year, turns out it's been 2 years. Seems like I'm accelerating towards old age, but retirement can't come fast enough.

Like induction to cook on hate its reliability (though that's how they make stuff now more than the actual technology I suspect).
