Indexable Thread Cutting Tool

I fished a thread cutting lathe tool out of a skip and a pot of assorted size inserts for it, the reason it was in the skip is the central fixing screw (M4 I think) has snapped.
I was going to drill the old screw out and retap but I am guessing its not a normal CSK head.
Any idea of the make of cutter and where to get a replacement screw.

They are a std screw, they sometimes come with a box of inserts
