Hello
(work related gas well problem)
Does anybody out there know of a supplier of Inconel tube? The grade isn’t that important, preferably 625 or 718. The issue here is the size.
Inside diameter: 139 millimetres (5.47”) held to a close-ish tolerance+/- 0.1mm
Outside diameter: 145 millimetres (5.7”)
Length required is 1200 millimetres, and 4 off,
(you can almost hear the fivers hitting the floor….)
These are the finished sizes, so we expect some machining to be involved, but no thrashing away at billets, well, not yet anyway.
Certain members of the titanium family may suffice. Grade 7 being a possibility.
Nearly all stainless steels (effectively all of them) won’t live in the application.
Thanks in advance
