I'm looking for a big knob

Like this big black one..
This is about 2" diameter, I can't quite get my hand around it..

This one is bakelite (I think) with an m10 female thread.

A direct replacement for this one would be good or, something similar in Alloy or Stainless (if I can find a pair)

Anyone know of a source or have anything lying around?

Hockey pucks usually have a knurled OD, easier to grip.

The OD of standard knobs is related to the shaft diameter. As the one you seek would be oversize at M10, it may be worth looking for larger thread sizes to achieve the girth, and then sleeving the thread down.

This one looks the correct shape, but no dimensions are given:

I bought a box of pool balls off ebay some time back and now when I need a big knob I reach into my box for one, stick it in the lathe and bore and tap for a helicoil.

I could just print one myself, it needs to be fairly heat resistant though and I figured it should be easy enough to find in bakelite rather than spend hours researching suitable filament!

Would make sense as it's on a bit.of food equipment.
Worst thing is, I knew I recognised it from somewhere. That will be the Buffalo meat slicer I have somewhere...

Oddly, pretty much every single meat slicer seems to use these knobs but they don't seem to be for sale anywhere?
Only £8 or so from a catering supplier as a spare part though so it might get a new pair if I don't break any more..

The 3DP option could work but in a slightly roundabout way. Print the item, make a silicone mould using it and then cast one in suitable heat-resistant material. You will, of course, need a vacuum pump to produce the big knob.

If you repair the one you show with isopon, it could be possible to use that as the male pattern for the mould. I think silicone is reasonably forgiving on draft angles, so you can get away with more than if sand casting.
