I'm looking forward to a larger home and a workshop twice the size of my current one, but definitely not looking forward to moving all the machines and having to rewire the workshop for them...

We are going to be moving my Father up from Essex to live with us first, while putting his belongings into storage.... .......which will be interesting to say the least....then two houses/sheds/workshop into one property...

Yet to decide if I should save money, possibly move the machinery myself or hire a Hiab Wagon/Driver and just lift n shift.......I'll have to get some quotes.

Depending on where you plan to move and the size of the machinery you plan on moving, check out "Landylift" machinery removal and transport. Steve has a flatbed truck with a small crane and can get into tight quarters where a larger vehicle would be difficult. He charged me a fair price to move a mill from Lincoln to South Wales and everything went smoothly without problems.

I phoned Steve at "Landylift" he quoted me a very fair price for moving and lifting my machines. So when the time comes I'll contact him again to firm things up...
