Our local timber suppliers are all out of feather edge boards and say they don't even know when the next delivery will come as been trying to get it for some time. Even looked in our local Wickes and their timber section was almost bare. Even a list by the door of items that they have no stock of.

No idea how true this is but the bloke in Jewson reckoned its America buying all the European timber as a result of rebuilding after the fire. He said very little to do with Covid although that’s playing a part. We import more than we produce but they’re selling to USA not us. Apparently
