get it working and move it on.....
two reasons...
1, looks like u got enough head room for a 2 poster ...plenty of decent used ones about even single phase....
2, Diy'ers will pay good money esp if they have short legs.....hahaha....

OK in a tyre shop but pretty useless for getting gearboxes etc out....

I wish i had that head room in my garage!.
Its £450 ono and it would suit my garage as it is essentially a mid rise lift.

I just know very little about it, no idea on make/ tonnage/ dimensions etc
Ideally id have a new mid rise scissor lift but they are upwards of £1,500.
Plus this one looks like it would be a bit of a project as well

Took up a lot of floor space most of the time, think it was Italian at the time,

I was thinking of recessing the middle bit and doin away with the side ramps as they dont seem to be needed if its recessed. Make a cover for over the middle when not in use.
If you remember the manufacturers name please let me know. Thanks

Speaking as someone familiar with grubbing around on the deck, that lift looks a major faff, all the compromised negatives with not alot of gain.

I agree, it looks ok to work on sills, but you'd spend a lot of time clambering over the ramps if working underneath the car.

Don't even think of working under it
There is always a bit in the way & working bent over on your knees
Don't see how you would mod the center the 2 link bars are there
Don't remember the upstand on the inside of the ramps but the safety bar is the same
Can't remember the name at all, the green is a lot greener than ours, that looks Merlo color
It was a truly horrable bit of kit last resort type of thing, must have been a realy good salesman or I had a realy bad day
