Any one tried one of these SIP Ideal 301 seems OKish, friend has set his mind on one, I had a quick blast on loan set ( no instructions)& thought arc was rough on MIG, not a sweet burn.? not had any experience with newer machines the old ESAB 150 just keeps going.
The digi displays only seem to display when welding, & if your welding is as poor as mine you don't have time to turn & look, the controls on front are very light & easily moved, is there a way for them to display wire & set amps without striking arc.
