Got cut to some insulated concrete form in half along It's length, using a hobbyist bench saw with a 10" blade, a wood saw would chop it up and probably gag on the plastic web inserts, are there 10" metal cutting grinding wheels with a 1" arbour hole to melt their way through available.

Just use a TCT blade with plenty of teeth. What ICF forms are you using?

Nudura ICF, plenty of teeth is the clue, a 120t might be suitable so as not tear out the nodules and make a hell of a mess, how ever those blades add a £100 to the price of a normal wood blade say up to 80t, and I haven't got a huge amount to do.The straight sections as they are unassembled would only take 1/2 hour to cut the corner sections will take a bit more effort

Have you already committed to the ICF?

Take a look at UniBlock - they would pre-cut all the ICF units to size in the factory for you and the spacers are stainless steel rather than plastic, the blocks themselves are around 1800 x 600, making the build process super-quick.

I'd forget about using the bench saw if the blades are that expensive, just use a plunge saw with a TCT blade. If you need a deeper depth of cut then follow through with a reciprocating saw to cut the rest, it'll follow the line no problem.

Nudura ICF

Go to their website and look at the pictures. There is someone cutting with a handsaw. If anything is going to rip the stuff apart, a wobbly, slow moving blade will do so. A rigid, fast moving standard tablesaw blade will give a lovely cut.

Somewhere in here: https://www.icfsouthern.co.uk/assets/pdf/icf-installation-procedures.pdf it says padsaw or jigsaw. There are also pictures of it with a curved soffit hugging a rock poking out of the ground so you'd have have to use a jigsaw for that.

It might be good to put extraction on the saw as the dust/swarf is likely to be the only issue if it hangs around the spinny bit too long. Try a bit with your standard blade. After 4" you will know or not whether it works.

The core looks like polystyrene. What is the outer? Is it like correx? If so, a hot wire cutter would work.
