Seems like a lot of copies are around as they make so much of it on the authorised website /ebay site.

I went into a lot of time and effort to try and find a decent scan tool for my trusty sprinter and her car.
All manufacturers have to meet a common standard and generic readers cover these. I got an Autel. But they don't cover any extra functions. Icarsoft seemed to me like a good product but no better or worse than lots of others.
It depends what you want to do. Autologic are by far the best non-manufacturer system, but are pricey.
There are lots of copies because they are all made in the Far East.
Manufacturing out there is a cut throat business and there is more profit for the factory to clone and direct sell than to go through an OEM or a tool manufacturer.
