It's amazing when you think about it, and I'm as guilty of this as anyone, that there's such value placed on working until you drop, yet so little on going through life happy and with little more than you actually need.Isn't that pretty much what a lot do anyhow, bar the checkers?
I think that's why the lock downs were a revelation for so many. That "hang on a minute" moment when in spite of not working hard for long hours things were OK. The enforced conditions meant that you weren't scrabbling to get two foreign holidays, update your gadgets etc. It turned out that there was plenty of cloth to cut the suit from if you only needed one.




wasnt lucky yesterday mind washed and polished van and car washed the windows and frames on house . got up this morning and the whole lot covered in red dust 
aparently carried up with the wind from the sahara desert and dropped over england

called it good for this week now and having tomorrow off, just estimating monday next so a long long weekend to chill out.
I'm going to do that.
