I grew up in Wiltshire. I used to live on it. Toast is merely a vehicle for conveying sufficient quantities of butter into the mouth.

If there was ever a product that could be the figurehead of UPF, surely it's ICBINB.

An early adopter, explicitly aiming to emulate a low processed food, while creating big profit margins and being more damaging to health than the thing it's pretending to be.

The sat fat and cardiovascular disease link disappears without UPF. Unless you heat it so hard you do wierd things to its structure. Though recipes using burnt butter are unfortunately irresistible.

Just opened a tub of I can't belive it's not butter,
I can't belive the packing machine is working correctly but checked against a old tub and they have dropped the contents from 500g to 450g. Tubs are still the same size..
I can't believe there is not some sort of law about wasting excessive plastic packaging..

A trick I learned about making butter is to hold the can of cream at arms length and gently sway it from side to side in front of you. That way you can say it's ..............?
