    Hi guys,
Got a classic 07 hydrovane nearly up & running, just need to set up the unloader valve.

The original control box was faulty so have used a off shelf star delta.

Pressure switch is in & running at 8 bar cut off & 25psi drop cut in.

What micro bore fittings do I connect to the unloader? & Am I set up correctly at the back??

I have the star delta timer set at 3s but this could probably be 1s?

I can add loads more pictures if required. Not had much luck on line so want a resolution for any one in the future.

We have it running clockwise looking at the after/oil cooler end.
(Had to swap 2 phases after a bump start check on rotation)

    TIA Martin IMG_20190727_195031.jpg IMG_20190727_195023.jpg IMG_20190727_195010.jpg IMG_20190727_194743.jpg IMG_20190727_194735.jpg

Next on agenda is a full oil & filter service
The tank is a 270ltr tank only 3 years old
& I think 1800hrs on the compressor when we removed the old box.

All in cost is £700 for 40cfm so far.

I don't have any manuals, fluid force 2000 is the oil.
I haven't had to look for any spares yet, just looking at the service kits on eBay for the 707 model.

I just need to try & figure out the unloader setup.
Mine sounds like it's leaking back through from the tank through the pump. So something isn't right.

Right I found some more pictures on line,
Some plumbed the same as mine is now.

Originally it had 2 solenoids I guess to regulate air on demand with constant running.

    But I just want on....off at 8 bar.....pressure relief....start at 25psi drop.

I just noticed, I think my start pressure relief valve pipe & the pipe going to air filter housing are round the wrong way.
