Hydrochoric acid in Northern Ireland?

For my zinc plating project to prepare bolts.

I am having trouble finding anything online or screwfix etc.

Do members know of places in NI I can buy a suitable acid please?

That should do it - It'll be a roughly 10% solution (data sheet says 1-10%, but density is consistent with the top end of that range). Concentrated hydrochloric acid is about 37%.

Their "High Strength Brick Acid" is 16% HCl if you can get it.

The MSDS says it's hydrochloric acid ≥1–<10%, so probably about 5%

How many parts water should I add for a mix to dip bolts for 30 - 60 seconds before plating steps? (Bolts will be pre wire wheeled etc so rust free before dip to etch surface)

10% concentration is 100g/litre so, with a molecular weight of 36.46, gives a concentration of 2.7 Molar., so It should be good to use out of the bottle. Try it on one bolt, and if the reaction is too vigorous, dilute it, say 1 part acid to 2 parts water, to give ~1 Molar.

FWIW: I use 10% acid brick cleaner neat for the pre-plate etch, but follow your kit instructions if they differ. (Metal also needs to be degreased before the etch.)

Agricultural suppliers usually have it.
Probably not in anything smaller than a 25l drum but the last one I bought was under £30 I think

Don’t know if they still sell it but our local steam cleaner agents used to sell it, used for descaling steam cleaners

My usual online chemical supplier has been a bit short of good strong acids in recent years, doubtless due to legislation aimed at preventing acid throwers.
However, they're always worth a look for other stuff, and they're in your neck of the woods.
