Hydraulic Punch

Hi all,
I'm looking at an investment in a hydraulic punch for holings in mild steel material and I wondered if anyone can shed light on how tonnage pressures of the machine translate in to hole size through given thicknesses. The machine in question has a 50 TM working pressure which gives a max hole size of 27mm through 13mm plate. What I want to know is what range this offers at the lower end. ie: can it do 22mm through 15mm plate for example
If any has charts or literature to share I'd be grateful

Just posting to add that the 'tons' on that chart are likely US ones of 2000lbs. They are not UK imperial tons (2240lbs) or metric tonnes (2204lbs).
