Here's how:
Not seen that one but have seen similar.
What is the burst pressure of copper pipe?
Here's how:
that was exactly my thoughts but the difference would be the bale is on a spike which will weigh differently to a free hanging tankYou could use an IBC tank to calibrate it up to a tonne by filling with water
depends on size and wall thickness on small say 3/16 brake pipe size well into the three thousands psi's safe, and 6000 burst iircWhat is the burst pressure of copper pipe?

1/4 or 6mm - 2k ish safe and 5/16 or 8mm - 1k safe btw... all pressures are ... ish
The pic looks like 1/2" water pipe.
I was thinking if they where stacked on end and pushed over, then spiked the heavier silage at the bottom would make the bale appear heavier or lighter depending which way it was spiked coz poss the heavier sillage would be further away from the pivot ? if it was hanging it would make no difference but on a spike it would.Bales are the same width as they are high so shouldn't make a difference but we only handle them on their sides anyway
Nothing is farmer proof.but there not farmer proof
