See pic. Repair done, airtight, Also fabbed up a bit of reinforcement for the frontpipe mounting bracket as that had almost rusted through.

Should now outlast the car

The 'stretched' adaptor came from PipeWerx as did the length of SS!

Quite a few bob! It would have been over 400 quid for a genuine VW cat, over 100 for a pattern one. Plus this one should be good for ages!

The first useful TIG welding project I have done and while the welding quality is ugly it is good enough for now. I shall work on getting it better in future!
