Migmac, the stove silicone is a great idea idea too (have some of that too!). Not sure on its oil resistance though.

If it was me, I'd use JB weld. Suitable for use on crankcases, sets rock hard, good for 300 degrees. Key the surfaces, degrease and make sure the centre of the component is fully but thinly covered. looks like its probably a hall effect sensor.
Did you read the datasheet ?
Acetic acid is released during the curing, acetic acid is probably not something to mix with the internals of the sensor.
Use a high temperature epoxy, they can be good for 180 C with needing to be heat cured.
Something like Loctite Hysol 9492 or 9497.

Q bond is good for repairing stuff like that, I use it quite a lot, it works quite well for rebuilding broken plastic bits. heat resistant to 180 deg C so hot oven type temps !
