I have a big problem, we all have a big problem at my workplace.
My boss hired a guy from the immigration centre, he's 35 and not a bad person I believe.
Anyway it's nothing related about where he comes from or whatever, I want to clarify that.
He obviously doesn't understand Italian very well and we cannot even imagine to try his language for obvious reason.
It became an huge problem, because he puts himself and us in very dangerous situations which can end up with someone getting killed.
On Monday he made me and other colleagues getting very angry.
He calls for help, you get there and he doesn't do anything he let you work and he stays there smoking and laughing...
Yesterday I was angry by myself because the forklift doesn't work properly and I was moving around roughly 1.5 tons at once, everyone was simply too close, I was saying them to stay at least behind the forks and not in front of hem.
I left the forklift to my colleague and we were moving machinery.
We told him to not stay between the forks and the wall, nothing to do he climbed on the unstable cylinder head grinder (the old style like a surface grinder but with cup wheels).
Almost tilting it over.
Today I've straightened a car rim belonging from a customer we hate to deal with because he has to find the minimum problem to not to pay.
Made it almost perfect within 1/10mm using only the jack and an hammer .
We usually turn them after but we decided to not with this one as the customer previously wanted 4 new porsche rims because the paint we used to protect the aluminium didn't match the rim (we machine the inner side of the rim you'll never see it once you put the tyre on).
Anyway the machine was spinning I was removing the tool scratches when he arrives and moves the turret handle almost crashing the tool into the rim.
I'm getting tired of him .
I don't know how to deal with him.
