Put a tactile switch in your glove finger or thumb. There won't be enough force on it to activate it until you grip the stock...
Not really practical as you don't always have your hand on the fore end of the gun and the torch is mounted on the barrel
the glove idea wont work as i only have mmy hand on the stock when im pointing/shooting, the rest of the time the butt stock is usually resting on my hip with the muzzle pointing up and away at 70 ish degrees.
Really? I was under the impression that a gun was traditionally held in the firing position using both hands, one on the fore-end... with the barrel pointing generally in the direction of the thing you wish to illuminate and shoot at. Are we talking about some sort of torch-cum-gun here instead?![]()
