My favourite is “pm me for price” which roughly translates to “it’s about 3k too much but I’m hoping I can get a sucker without other folk letting them know it’s overpriced”
I find that rather annoying it makes it difficult to judge the market and tell what you should be expecting to pay for equipment in a certain condition/age range.Thats as bad as POA, get this a lot on truck adverts, its just to get you on the phone in an attempt to mug you off . I don't bother unless the price is advertised.

That's amazing. And depressing.
There’s the first problem, faceache
He really.. doesn't know, does he...That's amazing. And depressing.
There's a guy on a vehicle-related facebook group I'm on (I won't mention it by name as there's some crossover here ) who keeps posting pics of his vehicle that is plastered in martial arts decals. Each time he puts it up he says "NO OFFERS! I KNOW WHAT IT'S WORTH!".
And, of course, he puts it up again a few weeks later at the same price, with same statement. And again a few weeks later. etc. etc.
I did suggest he remove the decals and it might be easier to sell
There's a local guy trying to sell two old Lincoln invertec DC TIG sets, for double their worth... his reasoning is because the much more pricey AC/DC sets are still sold brand new for £3k+.... needless to say, he's had these TIG sets, literally, for years! That's amazing. And depressing.
