How long do they last

Hi,

How long do the hobby bottles last in minutes please, the ones from halfords etc ??

not many to be honest,, last one i used lasted about 3-5 mins didnt even get the job done so i converted to a co2 bottle from a local beer gas supplier and regulator kit bought from weldequip

about 10-15mins if you dont **** about or have any leaks...

Dont use the halfords ones as I believe they are only 60 bar, which will last roughly 5 mins. There are other bottles which contain over 100 bar in pressure, which will last the 10-15 mins. http://www.weldequip.com/disposable-gas.htm

Those bottles are not worth a w*nk. Yea they last about 4 mins. I bought a couple about 2 years ago when I 1st got my tig welder at about £6 each. Overnight they shot up in price to over £10. I was disgusted to say the least.
