Hi guys not long after I got my 130 gas only mig the weld went very poor penertration was not good,
I rang SIP and a very helpfull guy told me about high resistance on the coils,
anyway took all the covers off the welder to show all the ali wire coils, if you take a look some of the ali wires are bolted to gether, now the guy told me that resistance builds up under there nuts/bolts,
took all the nuts/bolts apart and there was crud under them from the ali,
I replaced the mild steel bolts with stainless nuts/bolts and hey presto it was weld like it was new, still going well 5 years latter,
I want to have a go at putting a wire wire liner in it now but need to find out if the one my local welding shop sell will fit,
