I need to make a tube bender to mass produce a 1" 2mm thick round tube frame part quickly and accurately.
Ive come across these tube benders (pic below)
And a pic is added of my first very ruff design to save questions.
I need to make 1" round tube frame parts which have two 90deg bends the same distance apart on every single one. They also need to come out flat ideally with no tweaking.
The idea is you slide the pre cut length up to a stop. Nip down with built in clamps so it doesnt move. Bend with the two handles. Remove clamp and then remove final frame part.
The tool wont need the dies to be swapped out. It will always be 1" tube.
Are these benders good enough to build into a tool. I can add strength if need.
