How about on water? I used to have a yamaha waveraider (jet ski) 1100. It had a 1050cc triple two stroke with triple carbs. Managed 67 mph which is bloody fast on an unpredictable surface! This was a standard machine with 120 HP back in 1996. Don't think the modern ones are much quicker today.

The solar system is moving around our galaxy centre, or the Milky Way, at 562,500mph, and the Milky Way itself, on average, is moving at 675,000mph in the local group of galaxies. That seems like nothing compared to the 1,399,200mph at which our galaxy is moving through the universe!

ok 150mph in me mates car going down to the computer shop at teeside park at quarter to five on a sunday afternoon before it closes at 5

I`ve got a 450 bhp mitsibushi evo 6 that I`ve had the needle all the way round the clock at 180 mph (on track). Not sure what that equates to on the gps, but ive had the thumbs up and a respectful nod from bikers before when they couldnt get away from me as expected. The guy who did the tuning has the record for fastest rolling 30-130 mph
